This local page records the planned customer-service telephone path for High Caliber Trading Ltd. Voipfone is the current preferred setup candidate after a written portability/transfer reply. This page is not published and does not connect a live number, VoIP provider, AI voice agent, helpdesk, call recording, transcription, CRM, forms, analytics, or customer-data collection.

Local prototype only. No public customer-service telephone number is live yet; supervised Voipfone setup still needs explicit approval.

Dedicated business number first, voicemail/opening-hours routing before AI.

Business support number

Use a dedicated UK business VoIP number rather than a personal mobile. A 0330 number is the default professional recommendation; Voipfone is currently ahead because written port-away and buyer/new-entity handover answers were received.

Voicemail first

Start with voicemail-to-email and opening-hours routing only. Recording, transcription, AI voice, helpdesk integration, and customer-record lookup stay off until later approval.

Support-note workflow

When a caller leaves a message, capture product name, product version, OS, issue category, exact error text, and escalation status without collecting private files or passwords.

Only security, privacy, legal, refund exceptions, distressed customers, real-file requests, chargebacks, and engineering-level bugs should reach Bryn directly.

What the first voicemail greeting should say.

“Hello, you have reached High Caliber Trading Ltd support. Please leave your name, contact number or email address, the product you are asking about, your operating system, and a short description of the issue. Please do not leave passwords, payment card details, or private file contents in your message. We will review your message and reply as soon as we can.”
